前記検知部が前記対象物体を検知した後、前記追尾部が追尾した前記対象物体を示す代表画像を作成する代表画像作成部と、

英訳例
- A representative image generation device comprising:
a detection unit acquiring a video image and detecting a target object from the video image by target object detection;
a tracking unit tracking the target object moving in the video image, after the detection unit detects the target object; and
a representative image creation unit creating a representative image expressing the target object, after the detection unit detects the target object.
※「前記対象物体を示す代表画像」の「示す」は、「表現する」を意味すると考えて、”express”と訳した。
